Grace Clinic of Yadkin Valley was founded in 2005 with a mission to provide compassionate healthcare to individuals in our community who may not otherwise have access to medical services.
What began as a vision to serve our neighbors has grown into a community-supported ministry made possible through the generosity of volunteers, healthcare providers, churches, donors, and supporters who share our passion for caring for others.
